Historic! Imo Royal Fathers Honour Arimanwa As ‘Friend Of The Royal Stars’

A great leader is that individual who strives in an extraordinary way to touch lives in his community, sacrifices to change the narrative and leave his environment better than he met it.

The Rector, Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Rev. Canon, Engr. Dr. Michael Chidiebere Arimanwa (FNSE) is one such leader making giant strides, as he superintendents a peaceful co-existence between the citadel of learning and the host community.

While the dust, arising from celebrations and thanksgiving of his Installation as a Canon at the Cathedral of the Transfiguration of the Lord (CATOL) is yet to settle, another feather was recently added to the cap of the reverend gentleman.

This time around, his recognition is coming from the traditional Institution. The Rector was honoured as a Friend of Royal Stars, Ndi-Eze, Imo State, by Royal Stars (Ndi-Eze) Imo state, at the palace of HRH, Eze Godwin Onyewuchi Merenini, Dibia 1 of Umudibia, Nekede, for his Achievement and Promotion of Peace within the School and the Host Community.

The Rector, while appreciating the traditional rulers for bestowing on him, the special award, promised never to relent in his effort in maintaining the peaceful relationship between the Academic Institution and the host community.
